New construction price statistics in Kyiv – the cost per meter has changed

As of early October, the average cost per meter in the capital's new buildings shows mixed changes. Over the last six months, prices in the comfort class have increased by 5% in USD, while the economy class has decreased by 12%. Demand is supported by the state mortgage program eOselia.
